The automated 630-ton hydraulic coining press guarantees
the shoe table radius meets OE specifications. Our German made robotic welders produce
the seam, spot, and stop welds on the brake shoes that reduce heat buildup during
braking. The roller and anchor pin holes are machined for specific tolerances, and
then heat treated in our quenching process to provide longer life and minimize wear.
Our KCI (Korean) Electrostatic powder coating process results in a clean and durable
surface that reduces rust accumulation in harsh environments. This durable finish
exceeds the international salt spray test time requirements. Sun Metals products
